The challenge of setting up meetings and conference calls across multiple timezones has finally become easy with Atama's SnapTime.

SnapTime solves the daily problem of finding the right time for a meeting when the attendants live in different timezones. You may know what time it currently is in London and New York, but imagine you have to setup a telephone conference between London, New York, Los Angeles and Paris. This is where SnapTime comes into play.

Simply select your contacts from your address book, use the time slider to find the most suitable hour of the day and press the e-mail button. Your selected contacts will receive an e-mail with the meeting details including their local time. All of SnapTime's settings are of course customisable to help you be even more efficient.

Adjust the work hours

The coloured dot for each contact is a great visual help to see if your contact will be available during a time you have selected with the slider.
However, as not all people have the same working hours, you can adjust the colour for time ranges in SnapTime's settings.

Add cities and mix with your contacts

SnapTime features a scrollable world map that makes selecting cities a breeze. Do you want to see when Los Angeles, New York and London are all awake? Well, it's never been as easy as with SnapTime!

Customise Sliding Settings

The interval for the time scroller can be easily adjusted in the Settings panel. Choose 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes intervalls when sliding time.

Edit the E-mail Template

SnapTime features a fully editable e-mail template. The default template can be changed to whatever you like and be sent to your contacts when you confirm the meeting.

Clock Settings

You can choose either a 12 hour or 24 hour clock by flicking a single switch.
