Q: What do I need to use SnapTime?
A: You will need an iPhone with the update 2.x installed

Q: When I use the world map and select a continent, my contact's city is not listed
A: SnapTime lists most major cities in each country. If your contact's city is not available, choose a city nearby or add a contact instead of a city.

Q: When I try to select a contact, I get a message saying there is not enough information available to add the contact
A: This may happen if you are selecting a US contact who has no telephone number or only a mobile phone. As the USA has multiple timezones, we decided the best to way to offer a hassle-free experience was to use the contact's phone number to determine their timezone. This applies only to US contact though.
If your contact is not in the USA, check the country is correctly entered in his address book entry.

Q: I can see the times for contacts, but I cannot see my time
A: In order to not overburden the screen, we decided to not automatically show your time as you can simply add the city you live in as the first entry in the list.
